Quantitative high-speed dispenser mainly includes compressed air source, main compressed air pipeline, a pair of compressed air pipeline, rubber gun and timing controller. The main compressed air pipeline is successively equipped with pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge and three-way valve. One end of the dispenser is connected with compressed air source, the other end is connected with hose, and secondary compression connected with compressed air source. The air pipe is connected with the air in turn by a regulating valve and a branch pipe, so that the pressure in the branch pipe is negative pressure. In addition, the piston rubber gun is driven by the air pressure, and the precise control of the timing controller enables the glue to be extruded from the needle, while the negative pressure generates suction on the glue, so that there is no residual droplet after the operation of the quantitative high-speed dispensing machine.
